Lisa Wilke, PHR, SHRM-CP, has joined Fine Point as our Human Resources Practice Leader.  She comes to us with broad HR experience in companies of varying size and industry, including expertise and interest leading HR in start-up companies from early stage through exit.

Tell us about the work you do for Fine Point.

Great people make businesses successful and my passion lies within attracting, retaining, developing and engaging employees, through HR programs and practices, to contribute to a high performing company. I’m thrilled to be able to partner with our clients to deliver these services in an affordable, customized and scalable manner, to help them achieve their business goals.

Tell us about your educational and professional background before you arrived at FPC.

I have a Bachelor’s degree from UW-Whitewater in General Management with an emphasis in Human Resources. I’ve developed my human resources skills and best practices in a variety of industries including banking, engineering consulting, medical device and software as a service, and had the experience building HR as the first HR leader through the company’s acquisition and integration at a local startup, NeuWave Medical.

What do you like most about working at Fine Point?

The ability to have a positive impact on so many companies that might not have the resources to hire an HR leader, or to allow them to use their resources differently. Our business model allows us to be able to provide administrative through executive level services with ease, and as an extension of our client’s management team. I’m honored to work with a company that has created a positive reputation in the industry, and with such great colleagues!
